Barley

Barley is probably one of the most ancient cereal crops, known to a human being, and summer barley is its dignified representative. Peeled and pot barley are used as cereals and also flour and beer are produced from its kernel. Protein and starch, containing in the kernels, makes barley rather valuable animal feed.
