This rice variety has a kernel of round shape and white color. This rice contains big amount of starch and carbohydrates, but almost doesn’t contain protein. Round grain rice is the best for cooking Japanese sushi and maki, as well as for desserts and hot cereals. Doesn’t contain gluten.
