Camolino rice
A distinguishing feature of this rice variety is the fact that kernels almost do not stick together, and the meals, prepared with this rice, are extraordinary tasty and delicate. During the milling process, some vegetable oil is added, and owing to that the rice becomes pearl colored. Doesn’t contain gluten.
