Parboiled long grain rice
This rice variety is processed with steam and owing to this fact all vitamins and minerals are transferred from a hull into the kernel. It is interesting to know that while cooking you will obtain two time more rice comparing to any other variety and it changes the color from creamy to white. The rice remains whole and fluffy, which is preferred by the cooks. This variety comes to Ukraine mainly from India and Thailand. Doesn’t contain gluten.
