Confectionary sunflower

This crop differs from other varieties of sunflower because of the large size of seeds. Such seeds are particularly healthful owing to high content of ferric iron, zinc, potassium, thiamin, vitamin E and fiber. Confectionary sunflower is used in confectionary industry, and halva producers are one of the main its consumers in Ukraine. Also confectionary sunflower seeds are sold in the shops as fried.
